ZhongAn Group (00672) announced that Mr. Peng Xianghui has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the company to pursue other career aspirations. He will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) with effect from April 10, 2026.

He will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and under section 16 of Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, with effect from April 10, 2026.
Mr. Lin Caihe, aged 35, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, authorized representative under the listing rules, and authorized representative under the company ordinance to replace Mr. Pang, with effect from April 10, 2026.
