CONCH MAT TECH (02560) announced that on April 8, 2026, the investor Ningbo Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. and the company signed a capital increase agreement. According to this agreement, the investor agreed to subscribe to Ningbo Conch Materials' registered capital of RMB 36.25 million at a price of RMB 48.1255 million. After the completion of the capital increase, the company's equity in Ningbo Conch Materials will dilute from 90.0% to 80.0%. As of the announcement date, the company and the investor hold 90.0% and 10.0% shares in Ningbo Conch Materials, respectively.
