Xintian Green Energy (00956) announced that Mr. Wang Xueqing has recently obtained the "Training Certificate for Board Secretary" and his qualifications have been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange without any objections. Mr. Wang Xueqing will officially assume the responsibilities of the board secretary from the date of his qualification approval, and the company's executive director and CEO, Mr. Tan Jianxin, will no longer serve as the board secretary.
