SMIT(02239): Jiang Chunqian appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company.

SMIT (02239) announced that the company has received resignation letters from Mr. Zhang Junjie and Mr. Jin Yufeng. (i) Mr. Zhang Junjie will resign from the company as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee, with effect from April 2, 2026; (ii) Mr. Jin Yufeng will resign from the company as an independent non-executive director, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee, with effect from April 2, 2026. Mr. Jiang Chunqian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee, with effect from April 2, 2026. In addition to the resignations of Mr. Zhang Junjie and Mr. Jin Yufeng, Mr. Guan Chongyuan has also informed the company that he will resign as a member of the remuneration committee due to work relocation, with effect from April 2, 2026. Ms. Chen Ying and Ms. Zhang Min have been appointed as members of the remuneration committee, with effect from April 2, 2026.
