Ganfeng Lithium (01772) announced that Mr. Zhang Qichang has resigned as the company's Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Document Agent. Ms. Liao Yilin and Ms. Wen Yongyi have been appointed as Co-Secretaries of the company. Ms. Wen Yongyi has also been appointed as the Authorized Representative and Legal Process Document Agent, effective from March 30, 2026.
