As the overall size of the real estate industry continues to shrink, product innovation and refined operations have become the core elements driving development. The Group adheres to accurately grasping market and customer demands, focusing on improving product quality and creating customer value, continuously strengthening refined management throughout the entire process, and ensuring sales momentum through multi-dimensional promotion and efficient execution. In 2025, the Group achieved contract sales of RMB 23.953 billion, with a total contracted sales area of 1.9646 million square meters, and an average selling price of RMB 12,192 per square meter.
In 2025, SHIMAO SERVICES achieved a revenue of RMB 7.88 billion, gross profit of RMB 1.4 billion, net profit of RMB 1.346 billion, and core net profit of RMB 5.72 billion. As of December 31, 2025, SHIMAO SERVICES operated in 145 cities, providing a variety of services for 1,428 projects, managing a construction area of 2.21 million square meters, and a contracted construction area of 3.346 million square meters.
As of the end of 2025, the Group had a construction area of approximately 9.18 million square meters and completed a construction area of about 2.46 million square meters during the year. As of December 31, 2025, the Group owned approximately 192 projects and a land reserve of approximately 34.16 million square meters (before equity adjustments), providing necessary support for future sales resources. Considering the market environment, existing land reserve structure, and operational liquidity, the Group did not add any new land reserves in 2025, and will continue to adhere to a cautious and rational investment standard in the future, focusing on core resources and strengthening the foundation for business development.
