HK FINANCE GP (01273) granted a new loan of 16 million Hong Kong dollars.

HK FINANCE GP (01273) announced that on March 27, 2026, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary HK FINANCE GP (as the lender) entered into a new loan agreement with customers AI, AJ, AK, AL, and AM (collectively referred to as the borrowers). According to the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP has agreed to lend a principal amount of HK$16 million to the borrowers. Prior to entering into the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP (as the lender) had previously entered into existing loan agreements to lend a principal amount of HK$16 million to the borrowers. The proceeds from the new loan will be used to fully repay the principal of the existing loans.
