DATA UNION CAP (08375) announced its financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, with revenue of approximately HK$92.106 million, a year-on-year increase of 13%; a net loss of HK$167.87 million, a year-on-year expansion of 206.33%; and a basic loss per share of approximately 5.83 HK cents. The announcement stated that the increase in the net loss for the year was mainly attributed to rising administrative expenses, which were influenced by the escalation of professional service fees and employee costs, putting additional pressure on the financial performance of the Group. In addition, the fair value gain on equity investments accounted for at fair value in 2025 was approximately HK$100,000, compared to a fair value gain of approximately HK$5.9 million for the year ending December 31, 2024.
