BOQI ENV (02377): Wang Dongmei appointed as Chief Financial Officer

BOQI ENV (02377) announced that, effective from March 20, 2026, Ms. Wang Hui has resigned as the company's Chief Financial Officer due to other work arrangements. Ms. Wang Dongmei has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Wong Wailin has resigned as (i) the Joint Company Secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange (the authorized representative under the Listing Rules); and (iii) the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (referred to as "authorized representative" together with the authorized representative under the Listing Rules), effective from March 20, 2026. Ms. Lam Wai Yee has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from March 20, 2026. Ms. Lam Wai Yee will perform the company secretary duties together with Mr. Hu Nan, the other current Joint Company Secretary.
