TL NATURAL GAS (08536) announced that on March 18, 2026, SuperChina (Shenzhen) New Energy Co., Ltd. (a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by the joint venture and wholly owned by SuperChina Shenzhen) signed an operation and management service agreement with Shenzhen Super Computing Power Technology.
TL NATURAL GAS (08536) announces that on March 18, 2026, Super Hua (Shenzhen) New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Super Hua Shenzhen), a wholly foreign-owned enterprise jointly established and wholly owned by a joint venture, entered into an operation and management service agreement with Shenzhen Super Computing Power Technology.
According to the operation and management service agreement, Super Hua Shenzhen will provide the following services, including but not limited to: a) facility and system management: daily maintenance and troubleshooting of photovoltaic and energy storage units, comprehensive charging energy equipment, supporting power facilities, monitoring systems, and fire safety devices; b) user service management: guidance and signage, operational guidance, transparent pricing, handling inquiries and complaints, as well as maintaining site order and environment; c) commercial operation management: formulation of pricing policies, financial management, partner and on-site collaboration management, as well as marketing and promotional activities; d) safety and compliance management: establishment and implementation of safety procedures, personnel training, fire safety and risk monitoring, submission of regulatory documents, and communication with relevant regulatory agencies; e) other services as reasonably requested by Shenzhen Super Computing Power Technology.
According to the operation and management service agreement, non-binding business development goals are established for reference, Shenzhen Super Computing Power Technology shall engage Super Hua Shenzhen to provide operation and management services for a total of not less than 50 charging stations within 3 years after the date of the operation and management service agreement.
