Mingchen Health (002919.SZ) announced that shareholder Wu Xinling, owning more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by a total of no more than 7.9 million shares (3% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized auction trading or block trading within 3 months from 15 trading days after the announcement of this reduction plan, i.e. from April 10, 2026 to July 9, 2026.
