Great Eagle Holdings Limited (03321) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed a stock consolidation. The consolidation ratio is to combine every 10 existing and unissued shares of the company with a par value of HK$0.01 per share into 1 share with a par value of HK$0.1 per share. It is suggested that after the stock consolidation takes effect, the trading unit on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be changed from 2,500 existing shares to 10,000 consolidated shares.
