China Galaxy (06881) announced that the company has completed the issuance of the 2026 Perpetual Subordinated Bonds (2nd Tranche) on March 12, 2026. The total issuance size of this tranche is 5 billion Chinese Yuan, with an issuance price of 100 Yuan per unit. The bonds have a reset period of five years, at the end of which the company has the option to extend the maturity by another five years or redeem the bonds in full. The initial coupon rate for the first reset period (first five years) is 2.25%. The funds raised from this issuance will be used to repay the principal of maturing company bonds.
