Texiang Real Estate (00199) announced that on March 10, 2026 (after the trading session ends), its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Westfountain Co. Ltd. intends to sell all the issued shares of Chengkang and the sales loans to Jiexiang Zun Management Limited for an expected price of approximately HK$164 million, and no more than HK$168.7 million under any circumstances.
ITC PROPERTIES (00199) announced that on March 10, 2026 (after trading hours), its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Westfountain Co. Ltd., plans to sell all issued shares and outstanding loans of Seung Hong to Ji Xiang Zun Management Limited for an expected consideration of approximately HK$164 million and not exceeding HK$168.7 million.
It is reported that Seung Hong is a limited company registered in Hong Kong, primarily engaged in holding the property located in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, now known as "250 Hennessy," a 32-story commercial building with 25 parking spaces and a total floor area of approximately 55,678 square feet.
