SICHUAN EN INV (01713) affiliated project implementation unit signed a preliminary design contract.

SICHUAN EN INV (01713) announced that on March 9, 2026 (after trading hours), the Group's affiliated project implementation units (all of which are subsidiaries of the company) and other project implementation units have entered into a preliminary design contract with the hydropower group (as the employer) and Sichuan Nengtou Comprehensive Energy (as the contractor). According to this, Sichuan Nengtou Comprehensive Energy has agreed to provide survey and design work for the preliminary design phase of the 2025 rural power grid consolidation and upgrade project. The total contract price is approximately RMB 3977.47 million (including tax). The project includes the construction and renovation of 9 110 kV substations, 12 main transformers, with a total capacity of 572.5 MVA, and 210.22 km of 110 kV lines. It also includes the construction and renovation of 17 35 kV substations, 9 main transformers, with a capacity of 75 MVA; and 141.52 km of 35 kV lines. Additionally, it involves the construction and renovation of 2,380.38 km of 10 kV lines, 3,167 distribution transformers, 6,236.9 km of low-voltage lines, and 59,247 household meters. Also included are the construction and renovation of 680 sets of primary and secondary fuse breakers, 1,766 fault indicators, and 1,733 concentrators.
