ELIFE Holdings (00223): Zhang Qixuan appointed as executive director

ELIFE HLDGS (00223) announced that Ms. Zhang Qixuan (Ms. Zhang) has been appointed as an executive director, a member of the Nomination Committee, Chair of the Investment and Strategy Committee, and the Investment Director of the company, with all appointments effective from March 9, 2026. The Board of Directors further announced that Ms. Qin Jiali (Ms. Qin) has resigned from her position as an executive director of the company, effective from March 11, 2026, in order to dedicate more time to personal affairs. After her resignation, Ms. Qin will continue to serve as a director of the company's subsidiary Zhuhai Railway Transit Management Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of the company also announced the establishment of the Investment and Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors, to handle matters related to the company's investments and promote its strategic development.
