Shanghai Fullhan Microelectronics (300613.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangyin Xincheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangyin Xincheng") intends to subscribe for an additional registered capital of 3.631 million yuan in MoXin (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "MoXin Technology") with 20 million yuan. After the completion of this capital increase, Jiangyin Xincheng will hold 2.3781% equity of MoXin Technology. The announcement stated that MoXin Technology is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in Physical AI and spatial intelligence, with leading 3D/4D spatial reconstruction, physical environment simulation, and spatial semantic understanding technologies, aiming to build a general intelligent foundation that can understand physical laws and achieve spatial reasoning. The MoXin Technology spatial intelligence model features high universality, high precision, interactivity, support for 4D dynamic scenes, and support for domestic computing power. Its future commercialization focuses on embodied intelligent scenes, coordinating with edge AI chips to achieve more general visual solutions. The company will also sign a strategic cooperation agreement with MoXin Technology to collaborate in the areas of embodied intelligence and machine vision.
