BOILLHEALTHCARE (01246) Announcement: Effective from March 5, 2026, Mr. Jin Long has resigned as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, in order to devote more time to his personal affairs and other matters/focus on personal development; Mr. He Yu has resigned as Executive Director, in order to devote more time to his personal affairs and other matters/focus on personal development. Mr. Zhuo Wenjie has been appointed as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board; Mr. Yu Sicheng has been appointed as Executive Director and CEO; Mr. Chen Wei has been appointed as Executive Director. Following Mr. He Yu's resignation, he will no longer be an authorized representative according to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from March 5, 2026. Mr. Zhuo Wenjie has been appointed as the authorized representative and authorized person (for the electronic submission system of the Stock Exchange) to replace Mr. He Yu, effective from March 5, 2026.
