Country Garden (03383) announced that on March 5, 2026 (after trading hours), Yulin Yihua Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. ("Buyer") and its subsidiary Yulin Xin Tao Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. ("Seller") entered into a letter of intent. According to this, the Buyer intends to purchase real estate such as land and factories, as well as operating fixed assets such as equipment, pipelines, and ongoing projects from the Seller for cash.

According to this agreement, the Buyer intends to purchase land, factory buildings, and other immovable properties, as well as equipment, pipelines, and other operating fixed assets from the Seller for cash.
The directors believe that the sale transaction will help optimize the long-term and short-term asset allocation of the Group, maximize asset efficiency, improve the Group's cash flow, and help mitigate debt risks.
