PanAsia Environmental (00556) announces the acquisition of 51% equity of Xi Lailu brand management (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (the target company). All conditions precedent under the agreement have been fulfilled (or waived, if applicable), and the acquisition was completed on February 28, 2026. After completion, the buyer, the seller, and Mr. Lin Xuezhuo respectively hold 51%, 39%, and 10% equity of the target company; and the target company has become an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance has been consolidated into the group's financial statements.
