HAO WEN HLDGS (08019) announced that on March 1, 2026, the company entered into a supplementary memorandum of understanding with Cheng Majun.
The supplementary memorandum of understanding includes: (i) the company intends to issue up to 106 million new shares (approximately 22.94% of the company's enlarged issued share capital) through a placing agent with special authorization; and (ii) Cheng Majun intends to subscribe for up to 106 million new shares to be issued as part of the potential placement.
The directors believe that the potential subscription and placement are opportunities to raise additional funds to meet the group's general working capital needs and strengthen the financial position of the group. The directors are confident that the potential subscription and placement will benefit the long-term development of the group and broaden its shareholder and capital base, thereby driving future growth and business development.
