Wuxi Taiji Industry (600667.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Information Industry Electronics 11th Design & Research Institute Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "11th Technology"), in a consortium with Shanghai Construction Group, is the favored bidder for the Huahong FAB9B project of Huahong Hongli Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. Recently, 11th Technology received a "Bid Notification" from Huahong Hongli Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and the bidding agent Shanghai Mechanical & Electrical Industry Equipment Bidding Co., Ltd., confirming the consortium as the winning bidder with a bid price of 3.778 billion yuan. As per the "Consortium Agreement," it is expected that 11th Technology will account for 98.46% of the contract work, with a corresponding amount of approximately 3.719 billion yuan. This project win reflects 11th Technology's leading position in the domestic integrated circuit industry engineering sector. If a formal contract is signed, the uncertainty regarding the impact on the company's performance in 2026 exists due to the project's implementation spanning multiple years and being subject to contract signing time, start date, and progress.
