Eight departments including the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion and Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Bidding and Tendering".
On February 10, the National Development and Reform Commission and other eight departments issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Popularization and Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Bidding and Tendering". It mentioned that, focusing on the whole process of bidding and tendering transactions and the key management links, according to the principles of government guidance, multi-party participation, scenario traction, and security and controllability, actively and prudently promote the application of artificial intelligence in the field of bidding and tendering, improve the bidding and tendering paradigm, enhance the digital intelligence level of services and supervision, and provide strong support for ensuring the fair and efficient allocation of public resources and regulating the order of the bidding and tendering market. By the end of 2026, key scenarios such as bid document checking, intelligent aid in bidding evaluation, and collusion identification will achieve full coverage in some provinces and cities; by the end of 2027, more key scenarios will be promoted nationwide, forming a batch of model training, scenario application, mechanism guarantee, and other experiences, effectively promoting the standardized and healthy development of the bidding and tendering market.
