It is reported that Gote Electronics intends to list on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC as its sponsor, aiming to raise 850 million yuan.
According to the prospectus, Gote Electronics provides safe, reliable, efficient, stable, and more economical new energy storage battery management system products for the new energy industry. For three consecutive years, the company's BMS products in the large-scale energy storage field have maintained a leading position in the industry, aiming to become the core supplier of global leading solutions for the safety and value enhancement of new energy storage systems.
BMS is the "central nervous system" of new energy storage systems, used for multidimensional data collection, diagnosis, safety management, and proactive maintenance of battery systems, ensuring the safe, reliable, stable, and economical operation of new energy storage battery systems.
During the reporting period, the company's energy storage BMS-related products have been widely used in large-scale high-voltage energy storage power stations on the power grid side, as well as in industrial and commercial energy storage, residential energy storage, etc. Additionally, the company's products also cover backup power BMS for applications in data centers, communication base stations, rail transit, power battery BMS for new energy vehicles, electric ships, and power monitoring and other related businesses.
