According to the previous prospectus, Haiqing Zhiyuan is a leading Chinese multi-spectral AI technology company. Leveraging its self-developed technology in multi-spectral sensing and AI algorithms, the company provides products and services that can detect both visible and invisible physical information to the human eye. These products and services include multi-spectral AI modules, multi-spectral AI perception terminals, and multi-spectral AI large model services. The company's solutions achieve higher-dimensional perception and security monitoring, providing additional information for various clients engaged in software and information technology services, electronic products, internet data centers, intelligent driving systems, telecommunications operators, the Internet of Things, system integration, and construction-related businesses regarding comprehensive security and intelligent perception. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has built a full chain of products and services covering multi-spectral AI modules, multi-spectral AI perception terminals, and multi-spectral AI large model services.
