They will assume the responsibilities of the seventh board of directors of the company from January 23, 2026, for a term of three years.

The first meeting of the seventh board of directors further resolved to appoint Mr. Zhou Yi as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from January 23, 2026, with a term of three years.
