The prospectus shows that Dachang Technology is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of automotive components and related tooling molds, with its main products being body structural components, chassis components, and related tooling molds. It is classified as a national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise. Currently, the company's main business products are used in the automotive manufacturing industry, with its main customer base being domestic mainstream automobile OEMs and renowned automotive component suppliers.
Since its establishment, Dachang Technology has been deeply rooted in the automotive components manufacturing field. After years of technical accumulation and precipitation, it has a series of independently developed core technologies in product design, product validation, product manufacturing, and process equipment. Through continuous R&D investment, it has maintained its core competitiveness. With over twenty years of development, the company has established a full-cycle closed-loop control system from product design and development, process flow, quality control, testing and verification to mass production and delivery, accumulating profound experience in the development and industrialization of automotive components products.
Over the years, with outstanding product strength and service capabilities, the company has successfully obtained access qualifications from many mainstream automobile OEMs and has established long-term stable cooperative relationships with companies such as CHERY AUTO, Guangzhou Automobile Group, Guangqi Honda, Volkswagen, Chongqing Changan Automobile, Great Wall Motor, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd., Zhenyi Auto, BYD Company Limited, LEAPMOTOR, Xiaopeng Auto, and BENTELER.
The total amount of funds raised in this offering, after deducting issuance expenses, is intended to be fully utilized for projects related to the company's main business and funds needed for the development of the main business.
In terms of finances, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024, and January-September 2025, Dachang Technology achieved revenue of approximately 816 million, 1.255 billion, 1.171 billion, and 815 million yuan respectively, with net profits of approximately 73.5361 million, 104 million, 91.4041 million, and 58.0162 million yuan respectively.
