Junze (03317) and GOLDSTREAM INV enter into a strategic cooperation framework agreement aimed at supporting the digital transformation of investment research, trading, and risk management.

Xunze (03317) announced that, in consideration of the potential strategic fit between the company and GOLDSTREAM INV Limited (whose shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 01328)), the company entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with GOLDSTREAM INV on January 13, 2026. The strategic cooperation between the two parties aims to: advance the development of real-time data infrastructure to support the digital transformation of investment research, trading, and risk management; promote innovation and commercialization of wealth management-related technology products, including the application of real-time data technology in intelligent valuation, risk monitoring, and compliance, as well as the development of standardized SaaS solutions for clients in different industries; explore investment opportunities in data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and other financial technology projects to foster the integration of the "data + capital" ecosystem; and after further agreements are reached between the company and GOLDSTREAM INV, GOLDSTREAM INV may provide business services such as business expansion consulting, investment and financial consulting, cash management and/or asset allocation services. The main business of GOLDSTREAM INV and its subsidiaries includes: providing investment management services; and engaging in strategic direct investment activities. The board believes that the proposed strategic cooperation with GOLDSTREAM INV will provide the company with opportunities for further diversification of income sources, and considers entering into the strategic cooperation agreement to be in the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders.
