Guolian Minsheng (01456) announced that Mr. Chen Xingjun was elected as an employee director of the company at the Ninth Meeting of the Fifth Employees' Representative Assembly held on December 12, 2025. After the proposal on amending the company's Articles of Association and its appendices is approved at the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, Mr. Chen Xingjun will serve on the Sixth Board of Directors of the company along with non-employee directors elected at the same shareholders' meeting. His term will be three years.
