Tianrui Automobile Interiors (06162) announced that KPMG Certified Public Accountants (KPMG) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 10, 2025. At the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been resolved to appoint Tianjiande Yang Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Tianjiande Yang) as the company's auditor, effective from December 12, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of KPMG. Tianjiande Yang will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
