CATL (03750) announced that Mr. Zhao Fenggang has applied to resign as executive director and member of the Board's Strategic Committee due to a restructuring of the company's governance structure. The resignation will take effect on December 5, 2025, but he will continue to serve as Co-President of the company's R&D system and Co-President of the Engineering and Manufacturing system.
