On December 4th, Hong Kong Investment Management Limited released the "2024 Annual Report". By the end of October 2025, the company had invested in over 150 projects, covering the three key areas of hard technology, life sciences, new energy and green technology, as well as related application areas. Among the projects invested in, 2 companies have already been listed in Hong Kong, with over 10 more companies having submitted or planned to submit listing applications this year. For every Hong Kong dollar invested by the company, it has attracted over 6 Hong Kong dollars of long-term capital investment. The invested companies have made significant contributions to the local economy of Hong Kong, including leasing over 268,000 square meters of floor area, creating over 6,400 direct jobs, owning 109 registered IP, and organizing 164 industry events, converting capital expenditure into measurable GDP growth. As for operations, as of December 31, 2024, the company's total assets amounted to 64.007 billion Hong Kong dollars, with funds invested in projects accounting for less than 1/5 of the initial capital size. It achieved investment income of 2.345 billion Hong Kong dollars, operating expenses of only 93 million Hong Kong dollars, and a final operating profit of 2.252 billion Hong Kong dollars. Clara Chan, CEO of the company, stated that by the end of 2024, funds invested in projects accounted for less than one-fifth of the initial capital size, and the company had generated 23 billion Hong Kong dollars in investment income.
