The prospectus shows that Huoli Group is a well-known integrated travel platform in China, providing a full range of multi-modal travel products and services. Currently, the company provides travel-related services to individual travelers through its flagship applications Flight Manager and High-Speed Rail Manager, and data and technology services to mature corporate clients. With a large user base on the platform, the company also provides marketing services to a variety of brand owners. During the performance record period, the company's revenue mainly comes from travel-related services. In 2024, the total GMV of China's comprehensive internet travel service market reached RMB 2,954.2 billion. In terms of overall market share, the company ranks eighth, accounting for approximately 1.4% of the total market. The GMV of China's online train ticket booking market in 2024 is approximately RMB 592.9 billion, accounting for about 20.1% of the comprehensive internet travel service market in China. Within this segment, based on the GMV in 2024, the company is the third largest third-party platform for online train ticket booking in China, with a market share of approximately 2.4%.
