Guide leading foreign trade enterprises to integrate the concept of green and low-carbon development into all aspects of the production and supply chain, driving the rapid transformation of the green and low-carbon development of the foreign trade production and supply chain, and cultivating green and low-carbon product export enterprises. The opinions also pointed out the need to accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development in logistics. Promote the "shift from road to rail" and "shift from road to water" for bulk goods and container long-distance transportation in foreign trade. Encourage foreign trade enterprises to use environmentally friendly packaging materials, reduce secondary packaging, and use logistics equipment and tools such as turnover boxes that have obtained green certification. Promote international mutual recognition and sharing of unitized container equipment. Support shipping companies in building a green and low-carbon system, promoting the greening of the entire process of ship design, construction, and operation. Promote the use of clean energy such as renewable synthetic fuels in transportation vehicles and ships for foreign trade goods transportation. Support the blending and mixing of domestically produced biodiesel and marine fuel oil in comprehensive bonded zones.
