CARLINK TECH (02531) announced that in the first three quarters before 2025, compared to the same period in 2024, the group's total revenue decreased by 1.8% while total gross profit increased by 15.5%, with the revenue and gross profit of software and services business increasing by 12.6% and 21.5% respectively. The board of directors believes that these changes are mainly due to:
1. The company focuses on high-margin software and service businesses, continuously expanding its customer base in new energy vehicle factories and stores. In the third quarter of 2025, the company signed a business cooperation agreement with the Chinese intelligent electric vehicle company, Avita, to provide digital marketing value-added services to its authorized stores. By the end of the third quarter of 2025, the company has established business cooperation relationships with several mainstream Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturers, with the number of cooperative stores continuously increasing, driving rapid growth in the company's marketing service revenue and gross profit.
2. The company continues to enrich its marketing service categories, fully tapping into the potential of multi-category business in individual stores to drive growth in service revenue. In the third quarter of 2025, the company continued to implement a multi-category strategy and began to promote the implementation of digital second-hand car business. The company has utilized its offline marketing and online digital systems to enhance the efficiency of second-hand car transactions for store customers. Currently, this business is gradually expanding and is expected to build a new business growth point on the basis of the two major value-added service categories of digital light transformation and digital rights.
Looking ahead, against the backdrop of the continuous increase in market share of new energy vehicles in China, through the implementation and operation of digital systems and marketing services, driving the quality and efficiency improvement of value-added businesses in new energy vehicle factories and their stores will bring enormous market space for the company's business growth.
In terms of business expansion, the company will continue to expand its new energy vehicle factories and their store customers, increase the penetration of digital second-hand car service categories in store on the basis of digital light transformation and digital rights, and prepare for the introduction and trial of digital financial services and other categories, continuously expanding the company's level of marketing service revenue.
