CELESTIAL ASIA (01049) announces that on October 22, 2025, Rich Wealth Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) as the tenant and agent of Fantai Development (agent of the owner) (independent third party) entered into a renewal lease proposal for the lease of the property (28th floor, Manhattan Place, 23 Hung To Road, Kowloon Bay) as the office premises for the Group.
The Group has been leasing the property as its office, and the current lease will expire on December 14, 2025. When evaluating the option to renew the lease or lease new office premises, the directors believe that the property is located in the core area of the Kowloon Bay commercial district, which has developed well and continues to attract industries such as finance, insurance, information technology, professional services, real estate, and others, leading to significant enhancement of business efficiency. Additionally, maintaining the current location will save costs on renovation and relocation.
