MEXAN (00022) announced that Hong Kong Luther Helmsley & Co., Certified Public Accountants, have resigned as the company's auditors, effective October 22, 2025. The board of directors, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, has decided to appoint Fulima Zemar Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditors to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Luther Helmsley on October 22, 2025, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
