DRAGON KING GP (08493) announced that the group's restaurant operated under the brand name "Dragon Robe" located in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, has suspended operations since October 13, 2025. The restaurant is the only one operated by the group.
The closure is due to a High Court enforcement agent's asset seizure order against the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Yunli Holdings Limited, which has been the operator of the targeted restaurant. The enforcement agent executed the asset seizure order and seized goods and assets belonging to Yunli at the restaurant's premises, in order to recover an unpaid judgment debt of HK$519,100 owed by Yunli to Steadfast Engineering Limited, along with accrued interest and other enforcement costs calculated at the judgment interest rate.
The board of directors is currently seeking legal advice on the matter and evaluating the financial and operational impact of the enforcement and closure.
