SKYFAME REALTY (00059) announced that Xue Hanrong has resigned from the company as (i) Company Secretary and (ii) the authorized representative pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from October 17, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to personal matters. Following Xue Hanrong's resignation, the Board of Directors announced that Executive Director Zhang Guocheng has been appointed as the authorized representative pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, with effect from October 17, 2025. Additionally, trading will continue to be suspended.
