SICHUAN ENERGY AND INVESTMENT (01713) has announced that Mr. Kong Ce has resigned as a non-executive director due to changes in work arrangements. Mr. Kong's resignation will take effect from the date of his resignation letter on October 17, 2025. At the board meeting held on October 17, 2025, it was approved to appoint Mr. Chen Yan as a non-executive director. According to the Company's Articles of Association and the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings, the Board of Directors resolved at the board meeting to appoint Mr. Yao Gengsheng as a member of the Risk Control Committee (Risk Control Committee) for the same term as the fifth term of the Board of Directors, with Ms. Xie Beidi no longer serving as a member of the Risk Control Committee; and to appoint Ms. Xie Beidi as a member of the Audit Committee (Audit Committee) of the Company for the same term as the fifth term of the Board of Directors, with Mr. Yao Gengsheng no longer serving as a member of the Audit Committee.
