Zhejiang Energy Group intends to go public in Hong Kong. Currently, the company is selecting intermediaries such as underwriters, domestic and foreign lawyers, and auditors for its IPO in Hong Kong through open competitive negotiations and post-qualification procurement procedures.
Zhejiang Zhene Mai Ling Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhene Mai Ling") is planning to list on the Hong Kong stock market. Currently, it is in the process of selecting intermediaries such as underwriters for the Hong Kong IPO, domestic and foreign lawyers, auditors, etc. through open competitive negotiations and post-qualification reviews. Public information shows that Zhene Mai Ling is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Energy Group Company, established in June 2018. It is a mixed-ownership company controlled by Zhejiang Energy Group, and is also a pilot enterprise for mixed-ownership reform under the Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Starting from ship desulfurization systems, Zhene Mai Ling upholds the spirit of serving customers and persisting in innovation. It has become the world's leading ship desulfurization system general contractor, with a market share TOP1 and delivering over 200 sets of systems in a single year. Zhene Mai Ling is pioneering new territory with "technology going global". According to data released by the world's leading ship consultancy Clarksons Research in November 2024 on desulfurization tower suppliers, Zhene Mai Ling ranks first in desulfurization tower orders globally. It is worth noting that in June of this year, Zhene Mai Ling signed a formal cooperation agreement with Seaspan, the world's largest independent container shipping company, in Shanghai. As a result, Zhene Mai Ling's global cumulative desulfurization tower orders have officially exceeded 1000 sets, further enhancing its influence in the global shipping environmental protection field.
