Wisdom Wealth (00007) announces that the company has appealed the first instance judgment made by the Zhanjiang Court, and the appeal has been reviewed by the Zhanjiang Intermediate People's Court. The company has received the second instance judgment, which includes: (i) Upholding the ruling in the first instance judgment that Guangdong Gangyue must pay Shenzhen Zhongwan approximately RMB 59 million for the completed project; and (ii) Revoking the ruling in the first instance judgment that Guangdong Gangyue must pay Shenzhen Zhongwan approximately RMB 79 million for overdue interest and expected profit loss. The company is seeking advice from Chinese legal advisors on the second instance judgment and may apply for a retrial of the case in Chinese courts at the appropriate time.
