DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) announced that on April 10, 2025, it received a resignation letter from Mr. Liu Shuguang, dated April 9, 2025, resigning from his position as a non-executive director of the company for personal reasons. After receiving Mr. Liu's resignation letter, the company tried to contact him through different channels to confirm the detailed reasons for his resignation, but did not receive a response from Mr. Liu. According to the company's articles of association, Mr. Liu's resignation is effective from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the board of directors.
