NARNIA GROUP (08607) announced that Yu Zhongliang has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director of the company effective April 1, 2025 in order to devote more time to other business affairs. He will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, and as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee, effective from April 1, 2025.
