The National Joint Procurement Office for Drugs announced on October 26 that letrozole tablets produced by Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited and gadoteric acid meglumine injection produced by JSC Farmak will be disqualified from centralized procurement winning bids. The reason is that the declaring companies of the aforementioned two companies recently stated they were unable to continue supplying the products, and even after being summoned for talks and urged, they still could not meet the needs of medical institutions. Currently, Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited and its declaring company Hangzhou Ketu Supply Chain Co., Ltd., as well as JSC Farmak and Shanghai Liyi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., have all been placed on the violation list and disqualified from participating in national drug centralized procurement for 4 years and 2 years, respectively.
