Hongrun Construction: Plans to sell no more than 1.01% of repurchased shares.

Hongrun Construction announced that the company plans to sell, through centralized bidding between October 29, 2026 and April 28, 2027, no more than 12.4670 million shares repurchased in 2024, accounting for approximately 1.01% of the company's current total share capital. The total number of shares sold within any consecutive 90-day period shall not exceed 1% of the company's total shares. The proceeds from the sale will be used to supplement working capital. This sale will not result in any change in the company's control or total share capital, nor will it affect current-period profit. There is uncertainty regarding the implementation of the sale plan.
