Hezhan Energy: Beijing Hezhan plans to transfer 100% equity of Jieyuan Wind Power for 94.62 million yuan.

Hezhang Energy announced that the company plans to sell 100% equity of its second-tier wholly-owned subsidiary Jieyuan Wind Power. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Hezhang has signed an Equity Transfer Agreement with Zhuhai Gangsheng, with a transfer price of RMB 94.62 million. This transaction has been approved by the second meeting of the company's 13th Board of Directors. The agreement still needs to be uploaded to the Guangdong Provincial State-funded Enterprise Property Rights Management Information System and become effective after obtaining relevant approval.
