The inaugural meeting of the Shanghai Sci-Tech Innovation Legal Collaborative Body and its first joint conference were held at the West Bund International Convention and Exhibition Center in Xuhui. At the meeting, the "Blue Book on Compliance for Artificial Intelligence Enterprises," compiled under the leadership of the Xuhui District Justice Bureau, was officially released. Although many AI enterprises have abundant innovation momentum, they still face practical difficulties in grasping compliance applicability and the boundaries of obligations, which has also become a common pain point for the steady operation of enterprises and the long-term development of the industry. The blue book breaks through the traditional departmental law framework and, according to the development needs of enterprises across their full lifecycle, focuses on risk scenarios throughout the entire lifecycle, including corpus collection, data governance, product launch, intellectual property, and cross-border expansion. It sorts out compliance obligations, interprets regulatory standards, and is accompanied by ready-to-use practical tools such as compliance self-assessment forms, verification checklists, and contract templates, providing enterprises with a compliance guide that is understandable and practical.
