BofA Securities: Reiterates Buy Rating on Bosideng (03998.HK), Target Price HK$4.6

The bank expects that, affected by the timing of wholesale shipments, Bosideng's revenue in the first half of fiscal year 2027 will be flat year-on-year, with net profit recording low single-digit growth, but it maintains its full-year earnings forecast. The bank believes that the company's direct-operated channel execution capability is resilient, and together with inventory management and an attractive dividend yield of about 8%, it therefore maintains a positive view on Bosideng.
