FFAI: Will upgrade to a Robotaxi shared network + smart cockpit technology operator and Physical AI investment holding company
According to Jia Yueting's Weibo: FFAI has signed a Term Sheet with Nasdaq-listed company AIxC, proposing to merge 100% equity of FFAI's robotics subsidiary into AIxC at a market-based valuation of approximately $200 million, with AIxC shares as consideration; AIxC is about to be renamed FFR on September 30, undertaking a major strategic restructuring, and is expected to become the first Pure-play stock in the U.S. stock market's "four-core all-intelligence" EAI robotics ecosystem. FFAI announced two major strategic upgrades: first, an overall upgrade to a Physical AI investment incubation holding company, with the robotics business merged into AIxC; second, three major upgrades to its automotive strategy: 1. Becoming a Robotaxi shared network operator, including access to the Cybercab network; 2. Deploying FFAI's intelligent cockpit to other smart vehicles; 3. FF's own models will connect to the Robotaxi network, hoping to once again become one of the drivers of the automotive industry's transformation wave.
